Return & Refund Policy

At RUSH WAVE, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and included parts must be returned
• The item must not show signs of damage caused by improper use, installation, modification, or neglect

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at service@minecroftshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale, clearance, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, installed, assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Products missing original parts, packaging, or accessories

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
